Flavored Water to Keep You Hydrated this Summer

To follow our last blog post Tips for Healthy Eating, we wanted to share some of our favorite flavored water combinations to help you get in your recommended amount of water. Let’s face it, water is more fun to drink when it tastes good and looks pretty! The following combinations will help spice things up for you:

  • Strawberries and lime
  • Lemon and lime
  • Raspberries and lemon
  • Cucumbers and mint
  • Oranges, lavender, and mint

You can add these combinations to a single glass of water or make a big pitcher to keep in you refrigerator. Have fun with it and experiment with your own combinations too!
